Instrument housing new edition for BMW R2V Boxer /7 models.Owners of BMW's classic road bikes now have every reason to rejoice: The speedometer housing for all /7 and Monolever models!No longer available at BMW for a long time, there is this long sought-after part now as an improved Siebenrock product.As usual with Siebenrock, the new speedometer housing looks exactly like the original part, so that the classic look of the Youngtimer is preserved.The processing, however, was put to the test and improved with great attention to detail, both in the material and in the design. Among other things, Siebenrock donated all internal screw connection points durable threaded inserts!Made from injection molding of the highest quality, the new housings are characterized by the following properties:- high strength / impact resistance due to low glass ball content in the material- the selected material and the paint provide a high UV and weather resistance.- the threaded inserts are overmolded, not glued. They are attached twist-proof and have a better load capacity due to additional form closure.
